Milwaukee Rep’s residency program makes space for the emerging artist’s artistic heart while bolstering their business brain. Through national connections, personal mentorship, and on & off-stage opportunities, this season-long experience steeps those motivated to work in Acting, Directing, Stage Management, Costume Construction, and Education & Engagement roles in the professional world. Through weekly panels, residents build their knowledge of the field and train in techniques provided by experts from around the country, all while serving Milwaukee’s diverse audiences.
