Michael Chekhov was a brilliant acting teacher. His exploration of Psychological Gestures, Atmospheres, and the Life Body invites actors to shift focus to discover unexplored creativity. In this workshop, we will give intellect a rest and let the body lead us to productive character development. We will play with specific exercises that promote joyful exploration and lead to the development of vivid stage characters. “Dare to Be Silly” will be our battle cry.
